• Low-Impact Mud Construction: Our main building material is raw MUD, which is carbon-neutral, highly environmentally friendly, and the most abundantly available building material in the world.
• Energy-Saving Design: Mud provides excellent insulation from outer hot and cold temperatures, keeping the indoor temperature moderate and hence minimizing the requirement for heavy air conditioning in summer and heating in winter.
• Lowering Carbon Footprints: Our plantation drives over the years have resulted in over a thousand fully grown trees and plants on our farm, and the number grows each year with ongoing plantings. The result is cleaner air, a cooler microenvironment, and a richer sanctuary for birdlife.
• Waste Management: We strictly minimize the use of plastics and non-biodegradable materials through natural composting and responsible local eco-chains.
